Pricing and proposals
Published prices are starting points for the selected market and do not create a binding quote. Final fees, milestones, payment terms, deliverables, assumptions and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement after the project scope is understood.
Client projects
Commercial work may include separate terms covering payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, third-party software, access credentials, change requests, support, warranties, acceptance and termination. Where a project agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the signed project agreement controls that engagement.
